Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We do not refund or exchange if you change your mind on items personalised. We offer refunds for change of mind of stocked products but will incur a 10% restocking fee and do not include any shipping costs in the refund. The customer will be required to pay for shipping to return the item. To be Eligible for the return, the item must be returned in its original condition and not opened or tampered with. This item/s will be inspected once in store and an outcome will be sent via email.

Faulty items require advice via email or phone with photos or videos within 24hrs of receiving the product with details of the fault if defective when received. Once inspected, we will contact you via email with the outcome and solution/refund.

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Refunds
​
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved to receive a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-14days.

**Special Note** Strictly no refunds or exchanges or if you simply change your mind on Sale items, Auction items or Mystery Box items unless a product is deemed faulty.
