1. Email janelle@creativecrafting.com.au within 24hrs of fanulty product received and send photos with area of concern.
2. Send the product back within 7 business days of receiving it.
Ensure that the item is packed and sent in the same way it was sent to you.

5. Once we've received it and noted the condition is the same as what it was sent, we'll email you to let you know.
